Healing with Energy Work

Reorganizing and unifying of my body and mind is now coming through my work with several energy healers. I am more and more myself and feeling clearer and strong (with added insights about doing less etc.)  On Saturday Nov 7 Renee Jackson stayed overnight and did three sessions in the pathways to healing nervous system work.

Her work with me had a significant positive effect.  For the next week I had more energy and clarity and a strong connection to a sense of spiritual support I could draw on.  Then Facetime sessions with Tommy Thompson and one with Bill Conable continued the process.

Great news on the medical side, I saw the neurosurgeon Nov 4 and he has given me a release and permission to return to work (limited to one class a day).  He said I am ahead of the curb.  I still have restrictions on reading, especially on the computer and I generally can last an hour of two in activity with teaching or out in public with friends. I’m permitted to drive as well, though my eyestrain is such that Jerred will continue to be my chauffeur as I get adjusted to driving again.

The surgeon did not feel that any physical therapy or cognitive therapy would be needed or for that matter help me.  He said I could look into it but he suspected I had more I could show them than they could show me.  Thank goodness I am immersed in the complimentary and alternative healing world.  I will continue to draw on all that is out there to help me return to full health.

I’ve also had one Feldenkrais session with Kate Heald which is already helping my balance return and my eyes recalibrate. More about that in the future I hope.
